My mission is to help you create passion, success and balance in your career and your life.
I am a Certified Professional Coach with a background in psychotherapy and a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University. I work exclusively with women including female professionals, executives, small business owners and solopreneurs and who want to love their work and truly thrive in their careers while still living a fabulous life.
The truth is that most women struggle with the concept of “having it all”…

While I had raised my hourly fee before we started working together, Courtney gave me the guts to ask for more in project fees and monthly retainers.
